How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, where you've asked for it, to send the newsletter. We use technical logs to keep the site secure and fast.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Client project data

Data shared with us during an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and NDA, which take precedence over this policy. As a default: we follow least-privilege access to your systems, and we never use client data to train AI models without written consent.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference). If we introduce analytics, we favor privacy-preserving tools and will update this policy accordingly.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link that works.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@miviri.com and we'll act on it promptly — no forms, no friction.
